This stunning restored 4 bedroom stone farmhouse, is fully equipped with the emphasis on family holidays and ideally located less than 5 minutes from the Dordogne Property Agency offices, just to the west of Perigueux in central Dordogne. With excellent road links on hand its ideal location means it is within easy reach of everything that the region has to offer.

A stunning restored stone farmhouse, fully equipped with the emphasis on family holidays and ideally located in central Dordogne and within easy reach of everything that the region has to offer. Situated in a small and peaceful hamlet that nestles between two bustling, riverside market towns and located just to the west of Perigueux, the ancient and beautiful capital city of the famous, and much loved Dordogne-Perigord area. The traditionally restored property offers large, fully enclosed and private grounds as well as spacious living quarters with it’s four bedrooms and three bath/shower rooms. The private pool, which is one of the largest private swimming pools in the Dordogne, has lovely views across the surrounding countryside and woodland.

The property is fully equipped for comfortable living and also offers satellite television, central heating, DVD/CD player, washing machine, dishwasher etc.

Additional information about rental rates:
•Deposit of 25% of the total cost payable to secure your booking. Bookings are not confirmed or guaranteed until deposit payment is received. The full balance of rental cost (including the refundable security deposit of £500) is payable no later than 8 weeks before the start date of your holiday. The security-breakages deposit is refunded by bank transfer within 7 to 14 days after the end of your holiday subject to no reasonable deductions for breakages/damage etc. Prices shown are for up to a maximum of 10 persons. All payments are to be made net of any bank charges incurred for transfers Cancellations made within the 12 week period prior to your holiday will only be refunded in full subject to the dates being resold at full value.
•Payments can be accepted in euros at the prevailing rate at the time of booking
•The large private 17m x 6m swimming pool is made fully available for exclusive use by our guests during rentals. Rentals rates quoted include all utilities, crisp white bed linen, full sets of towels (including pool towels) and tea towels. Bed linen and towels are changed once during a 2 week holiday. Should you wish to have the property cleaned during your stay, a private maid service can be arranged (subject to prior notice) for a supplement of €150 Euros per clean. During Summer rentals the use of central heating is extremely unlikely. Should guests request it the central heating system is provided at a weekly supplement of €80 Euros per week. Use of the fireplaces is not permitted during the Summer rentals season with fireplaces being blocked for safety reasons.
Because we understand how difficult it can be to travel with all that you need for young children we have the following items available for your use on request: Folding pushchair, stroller, travel cot, high chair, baby and toddler toys, baby bath and change mat. Please ensure that you request these items in advance at the time of booking.
The owners use the services of a professional property management company. Due to this, additional services can be proposed that guests may find find very useful during their stay. These include professional baby sitting services, a personal shopping service, use of a private professional chef who will cook a personal meal for your party at the property and exclusive wine tasting tours. Please enquire with the owners for additional details and the relevant charges for each service.
